1. Castle Zaman
East of the Sinai Peninsula, overlooking the Gulf of Aqaba, this impressive monument commands a dramatic, mountainous view of four countries: Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. Zaman Castle is centrally located 40km south of Eilat, Israel, and only 50km away from Naqb airport in Taba. The exact site signifies a landmark on the ancient road connecting St. Catherine's Monastery with Jerusalem. Castle Zaman features the only "Slow Castle Food" restaurant in the Middle East.
2. Salah El Din Castle
It is actually two castles (Northern & Southern) in Pharaoh's Island , Gulf of Red Sea. It was built by Salah El-din (Saladin) in 1170 AD. The island had another castles before in old Arabic era and in 1116 AD by Baldwin. The Castles have played a major rule in the crusades, Mamluk and Ottoman eras.
